WHAT TO EXPECT DURING YOUR SPA VISIT (COVID)

Our top priority is to ensure the safest environment possible for our clients. Here are some protocols you can expect:

To minimize risk in the Spa the Operator/Body Treatment Therapist has completed an updated infection control training. These practices meet provincial recommendations and health guidelines.

We will be booking to allow for proper cleaning and disinfecting between clients and because there is one therapist, this will only permit us to book 3-5 clients per day depending on the selected service.

You will be met at the door prior to your appointment and be asked to mask and hand sanitize, both of which will be provided by your therapist. You will also be asked to remove your shoes and slip into a disinfected pair of spa sandals.

We are unable to allow friends or family to accompany our guests at their appointment.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE) USE

Your body treatment therapist will be wearing a mask, face shield or protective eyewear and gloves, when required.

Handwashing and hand sanitizing will take place regularly.

RISK ASSESSMENT AND PERSONAL ITEMS

Currently, no food or drink Is permitted, and we also ask guests to limit the number of items they bring into the spa.
